Election Thanksgiving Lunch

Reflecting on the victory of yesterday’s election, I am filled with utmost gratitude and touched by the widespread community support for my husband’s reelection.
Today, November 12, 2023, at the mass held at Government House Chapel, Owerri, various individuals and dignitaries joined us as we celebrated my husband who, with gratitude will once again embrace the responsibility of serving as a beacon of hope and progress for the people of our beloved State.
Today’s sermon emphasized learning from the 5 virgins who were prepared for uncertainties. The campaign period served as a chance to learn, grow, and contribute to a better future, akin to the preparedness of the wise virgins for the heavenly banquet.
Drawing inspiration from leaders such as the former Governor of Imo State, HE Chief Sam O. Mbakwe who was known for putting up monumental projects, the message encouraged us to learn so we fill gaps, strive for wisdom, and make a qualitative difference when given a second opportunity.
