Hope Restored For Miss Blessing Amarachi Umunnakwe, As Ghff Intercedes On Her Behalf
We have intervened in the situation of Miss Blessing Amarachi Umunnakwe of Ihiagwa, Owerri West L.G.A., Imo State. She’s a First Class graduate of English Language from Covenant University.
According to her visibly distraught father, Deacon TNJ Umunnakwe who brought his daughter’s predicament to our knowledge, Amarachi had graduated with a First Class Honours in 2018 and was offered a scholarship for an MBA by a foreign University when she noticed severe pains on one of her legs which ultimately, required surgery at the UNTH, Enugu.
However, there were complications which led to her referral to the National Hospital, Abuja, and later to hospitals in Dubai, Egypt or China at the cost of N30,000,000, N15,000,000 and N20,000,000 respectively, with assurances of a corrective surgery with any of the forgoing options.
To this end, we have offered support to help shore up for the hospital bill.
Sadly, she is lying critically ill at the National Hospital Abuja, at the moment in anticipation for more funds. We wish to extend an appeal to well-meaning individuals, NGOs and Governments at various capacities to help see that her health is salvaged.
