Imo State First Lady, HE Chioma Uzodimma hosts staff members from her Alma mata, Imo State University
I had the honour of hosting Staff members from my Alma mata, Imo State University, Owerri, on August 3, 2023.
The group led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof U. U Chukwumaeze appreciated my dear husband @he_hopeuzodimma for his involvement in advancing various institutions across the State and especially for making Imo State University the cynosure for Imo State.
He further appreciated my office for the powerful keynote delivered by my representative, the Honourable Commissioner Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu @hon_nkechinyereugwu and my involvement during the celebration of Women’s Day hosted by the Department of Centre for Women and Gender Studies.
Thereafter, he shared his ideas on creating an enabling environment for the students within the campus and most especially in their departments. I assured them of my continuous support for the school and students.
Once again, I extend my gratitude to Prof. Okey Nwofor Director of ICT, Prof. Florence Emenalo, Director of CWGS, DR. STELLA Iwuji, Coordinator of CWGS, Rev. SR Dr. Kate Ekwe (Computer & Communication), Dr. Mrs Ngozi Umeh (Law Faculty), Nze Ralph Njokuobi PRO and Dr. Amaechi Chinaemeze SAVC for taking the time to visit my office.
