Orlu Zone Women Summit. Theme: Orlu Women for Peace & Hope
I was honoured to address the beautiful women of Orlu Zone on October 21, 2023 who came out to display their massive support for my dear husband, the Executive Governor of Imo State and Gubernatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), H.E. Distinguished Sen. Hope Uzodimma @he_hopeuzodimma in the upcoming November 11, 2023 elections.
My beloved husband and I were deeply moved as the women expressed and conveyed their support for his re-election and the substantial advancements of the 3R Government of Imo State.
The echoing support we also received from distinguished figures from Orlu Zone who delivered their goodwill messages was truly touching; Senator Osita Izunaso, the former Minister of State, Education, Rt. Hon. Goodluck Nana Opiah, the Commissioner for WAVG and Central Working Committee Chairperson at the Summit, Hon. Lady Nkechinyere Ugwu, Commissioner for Humanitarian, Hon. Dr. Princess Ibrahim MON, the Guest Speaker, Dr. (Mrs.) Raymonda Ngozi Obioha, Wife of the Chief of Staff, IMSG – Engr. (Mrs.) Oby Anyaehie, Wife of the Deputy Speaker, IMHA – Mrs. Adaora Iwuanyanwu, who applauded the women’s commitment and urged them to return Governor Uzodimma to office with their votes.
I am brimming with immense pride as I reflect on the resounding success of the summit, knowing there was no need to reiterate the numerous ways the 3R Administration has uplifted various sectors in Imo State as the impact preceded us.
We ended the summit by imploring the wonderful women of Orlu Zone to express their support through the power of their votes.
