Sunday Mass
ByAdmin
Attending mass with my husband at the Government House Chapel on the third Sunday of Lent felt like a soothing balm for our spirits. As we gathered with the congregation, it was a reminder that our faith is not just a personal journey but a communal endeavour, where each of us plays a vital role in spreading God’s love and truth.
The words of the first reading from the Book of Exodus drew us into a sacred moment, reminding us of the commandments that guide our lives and shape our relationships. At the end of mass, we were encouraged and prayed for strength and a renewed sense of purpose – to live lives that reflect the love and mercy of our Creator.
As we go into this new week, may our good God strengthen our will to be able to reject sin and embrace a new life that is pleasing to Him through our lenten observances and beyond. Amen.
