WORLD CHILDREN’S DAY, 2021

Times are changing and we are more conscious that we have been ushered into a new era; one which has opened up a lot of opportunities and resources for the new generation. It has also revealed through recent events how their rights are being violated.

However, the new generation of resourceful young people are not just observing but stepping up to share their perspectives on climate change, politics, education, bullying, and mental health issues. They are also calling on adults to create a better future for them.

Therefore, as we celebrate, World Children’s Day 2021 which is themed “A better future for every child”, several individuals and organizations across the globe are raising awareness for parents, tutors, medical personnel, spiritual leaders, media professionals, and government leaders to actively listen to the ideas and needs of the children around them, because it is only when we listen we can reimagine a better world for their future and ourselves.
