World Human Rights Day, 2022.

Ahead of the 75th anniversary of December 10th being named International Human Rights Day, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) undertakes a year-long campaign to highlight the legacy, relevance, and activism of the organization.

The goal is to encourage individuals, organizations, and Government at all levels globally to continue the conversation about the importance of recognizing the rights of all people regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, language, or other forms of prejudice.

In Imo State, the 3R Administration collaborates with numerous institutions and individuals to facilitate the achievement of our people’s rights. We accomplish this by thoroughly identifying our people’s needs and developing effective solutions to address the underlying causes of those problems.

As the @unitednations launches a year-long campaign today, December 10, 2022, with the theme, “Dignity, Freedom, and Justice for All,” we will continue to intensify our efforts this period to raise awareness and mobilize political will to protect our people’s rights and freedoms.

The watchword for the duration of this campaign is a powerful call to action for each of us to #StandUp4HumanRights.
