World Humanitarian Day, 2022: It Takes A Village!
In honour of the #WorldHumanitarianDay, collaborators from all units of the humanitarian network will promote the survival, wellbeing, and dignity of individuals around the globe affected by crises as well as the protection and security of assistance workers.
The theme for this year, It Takes A Village”, employs digital art to highlight the connection between those in need and those who provide for them.
This campaign also aims to increase awareness of humanitarian work for the thousands of professionals, and volunteers who provide emergency housing, food, protection, water, medical care, and other necessities to crisis-affected individuals across local and international communities.
