International Day Of The Girl Child, 2022!
As we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the International Day of the Girl Child, we celebrate the increased attention that has been given to the issues that most matter to our girls and women.
While we celebrate progress this year, we do that with the theme, “Our Time Is Now – Our Rights, Our Future.” as a reminder that there is a need to create more opportunities for our girls and an urgency to invest in their rights.
Our girls are resourceful, creative, tenacious, and resilient. We have to amplify their voices and properly equip them because we believe in a future where they become powerful leaders with unlimited potential.
