World Day Against Child Labour 2023

Child labour continues to haunt our society, depriving countless children of their fundamental rights, stunting their growth, and robbing them of the chance to realize their full potential. It is a social evil that thrives in the shadows of poverty, illiteracy, and societal inequalities.
On June 12, “World Day Against Child Labour” was observed globally by the United Nations and other organizations under the theme, “Social Justice for All. End Child Labour!” to show that change is possible when motivation and tenacity are combined. They give momentum for effective measures to be accelerated in an extremely urgent situation.
Under the leadership of the 3R Administration, we have taken crucial steps to combat child labour by implementing comprehensive policies that focus on poverty alleviation, quality education, and social welfare.
Through more targeted interventions, we aim to empower families and provide them with the necessary support systems to break free from the cycle of child labour.
